Mat Pilates

This class focuses on strengthening muscles, lower back, pelvic floor, hips, glutes, and abdominals through a series of exercises. These exercises are sure to sculpt your muscles and give your body a lean look.
Mat Pilates will also improve your posture as stretching is a vital part of this exercise. This low-impact exercise burns fat and helps you shed calories.
Bring a pair of soft socks and your yoga mat—this class takes place in an 80-85° room.
HIIT Fusion
Instructor: Robin Albright
This class combines a variety of high intensity interval training (HIIT) with traditional yoga poses. Cardio, bodyweight strength training, and stretching warm and sculpt the body, intentionally targeting muscle groups.
Designed for both beginners and experienced folks, you’ll work up a sweat, burn calories, and develop strength in this 45-minute session. Expect to train in your bare feet on your yoga mat in an 80-85° room to upbeat music, with the aid of our studio resistance bands.
Basic Stretching for Flexibility

This is a great class for ALL LEVELS and all genders. It is perfect for those that may have a tight back or want to increase basic flexibility for activities such as golf, pickleball or just every day living.
No flexibility required! All ages and genders can benefit from this class where basic postures are held for 15-20 seconds for a nice slow stretch.
Cool Lightweight Toning

Hot Yoga with Dumbbells

Performed at temperatures of 98-100 degrees—this class is guaranteed to make you sweat!
One should have a basic level of fitness and knowledge of yoga postures.
